The z-grip is good. Can shudder some, but they do bite hard. My first oz700 tex (when there was only one incarnation of tex available) lasted almost 18 months, >100 1/4 passes, & >10 circuit days. Onto second now. Generally not excessive shudder on most occasions, but get the take-off wrong & it feels like its going to shake the car to smithereens :o .
