Another thread got me thinking....how many ls1 commys are running 9s (or quicker) whilst retaining the irs rear end?

It seems to me this is one of the biggest limiting factors (apart from weight of course) in getting these cars going real fast.

I only know of 3 though im sure theres a few more ...so post em up!

how many of the 6 cars (in the 9's) on the ls1.com.au timeslip database have IRS?

I can only imagine what the russo/sergen GTS would run without the interior and luxuries like the CD stacker etc.

They're the 5 running irs that I can think of. Big Sean ran a 10.01 or thereabouts before he gave up on irs.

Yep, its a lardass...but it sure beats sitting in the back on the floor rumbling up to the staging lanes :bravo:
