A huge thank you to RUSSO BROS in the part that they played in getting our car down the track on saturdays bracket meeting we PB the car from 8.59 @158 to 8.36@161 with a 1.19 60 foot on a day that the track was crap.

The day was full of problems with the dizzy shiting it self in the morning in the staging lanes then in 2nd qly the car turned to the wall and in the 3rd at 1000 foot mark the car was wanting to use the whole track in that i had to shut it down.

Back in the pits justin and chris were playing with the 4 link and we made the right change. getting a bye run is what we got and needed running the car through the back door with only a bit of top end movement getting the 8.36 161 mph having justin and chris as part of the crew/team with there turning from the motor to chassie and help in prepairing the car nights before the event is what made this happen huge thankyou to you both.

Bomi, its a Mk 1 Cortina with an awesome airbrush graphic job, i havent seen it since before xmas so im not sure if its the same, but it had a 357ci carburetted small block in it.

Its a real head turner, one of the best presented cars around....right down to the matching airbrushed Simpson race helmets the guys wear.

To attach your pics just click the little yellow square that has a mountain shape in it. A box will pop up and then you just paste your imahe link in there and BAM, your pic will be on the post.

Who did the air brush work on the car mate? Looks awesome and must have taken ages!

Troy
