Hillclimb at Shepparton...VIC

Ok, so this is my first pic posting, hope its all good.

My old man and i entered HIS EVO 8 into this hillclimb so that i could test it out. I am getting a co-drive in it for the Dutton VIC rally in August, so needed some drive time...and it was very enjoyable. Thats it below

This car however costs $400,000 and has a McLaren V8 in it that gets shipped back to the UK every year for an overhaul...not to be touched by its owners. Extreamly quick open wheeler and sounds awsome!!:yep:

This vehicle was a monster, and just so happened to be in the same class as us, the 4WD/Performance class. It has a 6L chev which puts 750 Hp to ALL 4 WHEELS when running NOS. This machine was only 1 sec slower than the red F1...unbelievable.

So the first outing went well, i beat Dad by 0.6sec and only 7 seconds from the Nissan, so close but just so far!!!

Ok here is one i uploaded. Not sure if it is dad or me, as the zoom on my digital still camera does not exist.

As you can see the "hillclimb" was not exactly huge, but rather a tricky run of corners and chikanes.

John, yeah my Dad is Alan, and yeah the EVO is the Ex Notaras car, its great to drive. Can't wait to have a bit more time in the seat. Next event is Dutton VIC, are you coming down to run in it. Can't wait to run Winton and Sandown!!

yeah you can't beat time in the seat. I hope to get there but its not looking good at the moment.
