Thanks mate, i thought it was closer than that. It looks like its going to be an early start for a long trip of about 6 hours. Means ill probably have to leave between 3-4am in the morn:headbang: :headbang:

In a Ford maybe ... :stick:
I am just off the M2 in West Pennant Hills, you will need 20 mins to get from the M4 / M7 Junction to Pennant Hills Rd, 30 mins or so from there to the Gosford turnoff on the F3 and then maybe 10 mins to get down the hill to the track.
I count an hour ... 1.5 would be an absolute maximum / worst case. We had a house on the central coast my entire youth and we have family in Gosford, I have done this drive about 50,000 times.
:yep:

Jeezuz Kyle, do you have Miss Daisey in the back?:stick:
I do Casula to my place near Newcastle in 2 hrs 15 sitting about 10kmph over. I have cracked the 2 hr barrier but probably not the time or place to discuss.

I didnt think it was that far as i can normally go to newy in about 2hrs from the m4. Well that knocks about 1/2 hour off my trip. ill have to be there by 9am, so that makes it a 3:30am leave from dubbo:headbang: .

Looks like im definatly going through newy then as its actually closer than sydney too, but most importantly its flatter. The truck will sit on 100kph all day long on the flat but as soon as it see's the smallest of hills it go backwards:yep: . Where a normal semi would be doing 80 or so up hills ill be doing 50-60kph:headbang: . poor little mitsubishi fighter H/R weighing 18ton.
