The Russo Brothers fitted a rear strut brace to the SS today:

Will keep the rear nice & stiff, & compliment the other suspension mods. For anyone interested, they are able to supply these.

I took a pic of and posted up about one of them about 12 months ago. Its on TC somewhere.

Looking forward to a write up on what you think of it.

I have now done a few track days with the rear strut brace in. I reckon it's serving its intended application great as the rear seems well planted all the time. Not sure how stiff our cars are in the first place, but positive this adds to rear structural rigidity. Car feels more settled, especially in high speed corners (think turn 1 at Eastern Creek, where mid-corner speed is up around 160km/h mark).

I'd give it the thumbs up if your right into circuit racing :). Probably wouldn't recommend for a street hack as it eats into your available boot space :(. Much harder fitting 2 re55's & the trolley jack into the boot these days  .

Re pricing: give Russo a call :).
