Dan from DMS Detailing went over the Coupe 4 yesterday. I thought the paint was in good condition but the before pics show just how many marks there where. Stoked with the results ... it looks sensational.

Bloody hell....the difference is amazing.

Do you know if Dan goes out as far as the Blacktown area.I know my wifes car is in bad need of a complete paint rejuvenation and would be a nice birthday surprise. Also could you PM me his details and what it cost you.

Cheers

The coupe came up a treat Nick. Pictures like this make me regret not buying a black car :( Always a good excuse to upgrade though

This is his website Darren http://www.dmsdetailing.com.au/ His pricing is in there too. After seeing the pics of Nick's cars on LS1 after Dan did them, and now the coupe4, I'll be getting him to do my car soon aswell. He's doing an extra 3 layers of Zaino Z2 for only $50 aswell which I think is pretty good.

Thank you - you have just answered my question. i.e. who's good in sydney to do a detail?

Got to get the old girl ready for the VW nationals in 2 weeks! eeeeek!

I just had Dan out to have a look over the sv8 and the wifes beasty.
I love the fact that he took the time out of his day to do this for me
and advise me what stage detail that each car will require.

I had a few concerns about certain areas of my car that he might
not be able to come up like new (mainly the bonnet) but Dan recons
it's all good and not to worry about it.....he'll look after it :)

I'll be getting this done done mid July after my 'honeymoon' with the
possum and i'll make sure i get same angle before and after shots so
people can see the difference and not nit pick about it....hey Nick :stick:

Holy crap Nick, that finish is awesome!! Did Dan say what product he used?

I just went over my old girl with Kitten No1 polishing wax. The finish and depth after doing the entire car by hand :headbang: was great compared to what it was. But looking at your before shots I realise that my paint looks pretty much the same (only white of course). Maybe I need to borrow a buffer??

No tricks ... I'm not that clever.

I snapped these pics with a little Sony digital camera the day after the detail was done.

That's top stuff! I hope my car comes out like that. What treatment did you get?

Wow!!! I got to admit that is some pretty good detailing done by DMS.

As soon as my Garage is finished the Clubby is getting some much needed TLC.

Thanks for posting them up Nick! Had a bit of a giggle to myself, the third one I thought you put up by mistake - as a photo of your garage wall and ceiling - until I realised it was a reflection  Came up absolutely beautiful!!

Sorry guys ... missed the questions;

I know Dan used Menzerna (???) polishes and then Zaino wax (Z2 I think) ... it then got a few coats of Grand Finale (Z8 I think) spray.

Most of the car was a stage 2 detail I believe ... I just asked Dan to do whatever was needed to get it perfect.

Now it's off to Sonny ... :D
