and certainly very nice jobs there nick. If that red or some thing simular to dads calais v in passion red became availible id be keen on that but holden only have the solid red(red hot i think) on there website for the ss.
I really do like the karma aswell but im a little over blue coloured cars atm.

I like !!!!

A white one with the track stripes would be interesting.

Not liking the HSV tourer ... the front looks too much like a D9 bulldozer.

PS Holden Man got skills ... :yep:

I don't even have a family and I love the Sportswagon. It has a really nice shape to it I think. If I had a family it would be a perfect choice. Although the Calais V version with the V8 would be very tempting and probably my pick but no manual :(

The HSV version doesnt work aswell for me though. That might change when I see more pictures of it. Either way I can say the SS V or the Calais V version dropped on rims would be my pick for the ultimate "tourer".

I'd be interested to see what the Tourer wagon looked like with the Senator front on it.

Agreed. Luxo wagon instead of sports wagon would have been a good idea.

Holden Man's chops look the goods too.

Nice choice Timmy ... as an idea here's the GTS rims in black (or dark grey ...)

Do you think the dual 3" is necessary ? Most people seem to thing it's pointless if you aren't running FI or a stroker ?

As much as im not a fan of martins gentt kits, id seriuosly consider it for the compliance issues and its something that could quite possibly happen.

Only problem is that the compliance relies on the factory exhaust ... doesn't it ?

What you say makes perfect sense though, if I was considering FI I'd put the 3" on for sure. As it is I may not even do the exhaust ... not sure yet.

Have you ordered yet ? Do you have an estimated date for delivery ?

havent ordered it yet and the idiots out here know stuff all about aswell. Mine will all depend on a buisness deal about to go down atm, if it goes through then yes but if it all falls apart then ill just have to make do with the maloo cause im not alowed to play with the wifes ss much.

Holden brought a red ve sv6 wagon up to my work early last month. If its the same one, its a pre production mule that from the outside looks like an sv6 but some of the parts inside weren't the final launch specification. They didn't let us drive it, but it looked great considering it wasn't a final production ready car. Unfortunately it had the rear seats laying down with a cargo barrier above them though so we couldn't really hop in the back.

Design wise they are a massive improvement over the old model and will look amazing with some different wheels etc.

Its probably the same car then, the one I looked at had the cargo barrier in it.

Now the topic we all want to discuss about hipo Commodores, the CARGO BARRIER was a departure from Holden's current design, with no centre perspex flap. Also of note was it wasn't full width. I guess we will have to wait until release to see the full design of this much anticipated accessory.

NEVER! I love my V8 sedans and wagons! We will never get a "Turramurra Tank".

Turramurra had a yummy mummy called Buffy
Who loved her fast cars and drove a real tuffie.
She liked to drive quick, like her husband young Nick
whose collection of toys, was the envy of all boys -
his 'Naro the best, much quicker than the rest
'cause its secret is much huffy and puffy ;)

in reading this, and my own opinion, its almost as if a 'goon is more socially acceptable now..

In discussion with my wife on this subject, she said she would prefer the 'goon over a new sedan, which in my eyes is a
I dont think age has anything to do with it, i think people just like the idea of a larger vehicle... throw all ya stuff in and go....

Now to just twist her arm a little more and get her to say yes to it!
