Hi everyone, thought id pop in and say hello.

Plenty of familiar faces here (so to speak)

Anyways as its "Trackchat" ill tell a bit about last night.

I went out to "Full throttle friday" at Wsid, i hope they keep them going.
I got 5 runs in by 10pm but had to leave early after i ran out of tyres...some kind gent informed me that my last burnout was more spark than smoke

Some poor bugger in an immaculate vz monaro got a bit too enthusiastic on the start line durig the burnout and slewed sideways giving the concrete centre barriers a touchup during the process...bent the front bar, lh gaurd and dropped fluid on the track....ouch!

Ill be out there next Fri if anyones going...chasing down a new set of et streets this week...if anyone has a set for sale please let me know.

Howdy Rick, welcome mate.

How is the Ute going, any more PB's recently?

If you get desperate for ET Streets, try Star Performance at Fivedock, they susually have a set on the floor there.

Hi Duncan, thanks for for the welcome.

Ill give them a call, thanks.

No more pb's for the ute unfortunately, i fitted a set f 90/10 struts a while back but have only had half a dozun runs on shot tyres so ive yet to see any improvement...hopefully next week!

Cheers, Rick

Hey Rick. Welcome. How are the Friday night drags? As packed as Wednesdays?

Nah, no-where near.. if my tyres had gone the distance i probably would have had 10-12 runs last night, hopefully it stays this way.

Lots more quicker cars there than on wednesdays, heaps of cars running 11's and under...the v8 to ricer ratio was swung heavily in our favour:dance:

Hey Rick, good to see you here mate, like the user ID. Very clever.

When are you going to come out for a crack at circuit mate?

I may be able to help you out with the ET's mate, PM sent.

Thanks for the welcome Bomi...

The ute dosent generally do roundy roundys....90/10 shocks and a loose hi stall aren't condusive (spelling?) to the circuit stuff... but... ill have a go at anything... and have fun doing it....there will no records set thats for sure but it would be great fun to go up against some of the cars set up for it.

From what ive seen Bomi.. maybe we can have drift off:woot:
