WTB: HSV E Series Rim

GTS rim preferred but will buy anything that clears the HSV AP brakes.

I have a set of rims being painted for my yet to be delivered SSV Sportswagon, but I don't have a spare. I'll be fitting a set of the E Series brakes and I need an HSV rim to clear the brakes.

I have some old 20" tyres so a 20" rim without a tyre is fine. If it's 19" rim I will need the tyre also.

Sydney preferred so I can pick it up in person ... please PM if you have anything available.

I've got a couple of the 18" HSV space savers.I know that they fitted over the Z Series AP's.

You can have one if it will fit - which I reckon they will.

I'd say there is a fair chance they won't fit ... the E Series calipers are much fatter than the Z Series AP's. It's not the size of the wheel that is an issue, it's the clearance of the spokes.

I'd prefer a full size as we will no doubt use the car for some holidays etc. and the thought of being stuck 500kms from anywhere that stocks 20's on a space saver doesn't appeal to me much.

I'm not sure of the technical side of this but since the VE has smaller hub bearings than VT-VZ wouldn't you need a hub spacer so that the wheel didn't vibrate at speed? Or is the wheel purely centered by the nuts?
