This track is made from h2o - thats right, water. This weekend is the annual Bridge to Bridge ski race, and I will be headed to Wisemans Ferry for a look.
If any other members want to be in on the action of twin turbo, or blown big blocks flying up the river at 200kph with 2 crazy humans hangin off the back, I will be getting to Wisemans at about 10.30.
Cheers
Chris
I wondered why I started seeing more hypo ski boats and trailers floating round penrith the last few days or so :P
Love the skiboats, though unfortunately, i will be at wakefield this weekend (
Look out for the slow yellow boat at the back, that will be my SES Crew paddling overtime to keep up incase someone stacks it....has to be someone to peel the bodies off the top of the water :werd:

Hey Chris,
Make sure the batteries are charged up on that camera of yours. I remember the shots from last year, and they were mint !!
Cheers,
Scott

We'll be around the start area then heading to Peats Bite for lunch (Peats Bite is on the river just west of Milson Island, boat access only).
NSW Maritime have said we can travel (at no wash speed) along the southern shore.
(We'd booked the restaurant before I realised it was ski race weekend. Should be OK though, something different to look at while we're motoring along). Should be a good day, only prob, I'm skipper, someone else will have to drink my share!

I live at Saratoga on the Central Coast. When we're not game fishing Denise and I are quite often on the Hawkesbury for the weekend. It's a magical place, all the more astonishing as it's so close to a major city. There are simply 1000's of places to anchor up and spend the night. Unless you've got a boat you simply couldn't appreciate how big it is and how much wonderful uninhabited shore line it and its tributary's have.
A magnificent asset that most Sydneysiders don't realise is on their doorstep!
