I bought this 3 years ago as a stocker with 53k on here and in this time have done the following

ENGINE

*222/224 cam
*918 valve springs
*ported TB
*OTR
*mafless tune
*25% UDP
made 271.5rwkw
and I have ran a 12.7@113 at WSID
that was in full street trim and my clutch was slipping
so with a good clutch and a set of slicks I am hoping for high 11's
cam and springs fitted by Sonny@ Marrano's

EXHAUST

*4 into 1 1 5/8 headers
*3" metal substrate cats
*twin 3" X force system

ENGINE BAY

*VY SS strut brace
*split covers
*pcm moved to kick panel
*catch can

GEARBOX

*GMM ripshift
*stock clutch for now

SUSPENSION

front
*kings superlow springs
*stock FE2 shocks
rear
*VS kings superlow springs
*koni red adjustable shocks

WHEELS

*XHP 19x8.5 chrome jets
*235/35/19 tyres

INTERIOR

*painted dash fascia
*HSV 3 window cluster
*VY SS gear knob
*A pillar mounted oil pressure gauge
*HSV tool kit

DIFF

*LSD 3.46

STEREO

*motorised 7" screen
*JVC DVD head unit
*600w amp
*1x12" kenwood sub
*sound deadening in the boot

BODY

*monaro tail lights
*track stripes
*HBD grill

just picked up a Z grip so that should be going in within the next few weeks with a braided line and new slave

I didnt remove the chrome
all i did was scuff the chrome with 180 grade wet and dry
just enough to take the shine off
then use etch primer ,which is made for hard to stick to surfaces like chrome
and I just used pressure pack satin black paint

I am quiet happy with how it turned out
much better then the chrome
