Gday all,
This looks like it could be good.
Introducing myself:
My name is Tony and I live in Hervey Bay. My interests are more towards circuit but I still occaisonally do a strip day. Current vehicle is a Typhoon.
Welcome Tony.
Typhoon eh? interesting.
Have you done any work to the phoon?
Have you taken it around a circuit? and how did you go.

As I would never void warranty I have not fitted a JB spring/cambre kit and bilsteins. Nor have I changed anything engine wise. I put it on a dyno but the dyno must have been out of calibration as it read 271rwkw.
My best time on QLD Raceway is 1:27 on the national (V8SC) track, Lakeside 1:08 (stopwatch) and Morgan park 1:15 (stopwatch).

Yeh, kissing the ugly chick you picked up at 2am because you were too drunk to call a taxi is almost the same as kissing Jennifer Hawkins......:stick:
I try not to drive in NSW, too many gestapo rejects with a disco fetish. Up here is sunny QLD life is a LOT easier. 10-15km over the limit on the highway is not a hanging offence provided you are not "hoonlike" in appearance.
Welcome Tony.
Good to see another keen circuit driver here.
Looking forward to seeing some pics of the Phoon.

G'Day Tony ... welcome aboard, great to have a few more Turbo owners. :up2sum:
I have to disagree with you about QLD driving however, whenever I am in Brisbane 10km/h over the limit makes you stick out like a sore thumb because all the QLD nannas drive at 10km/h under the limit !!! At least in Sydney everyone drives too fast.
As others have said, would be great to see some pics of the phoon.

G'day Tony. Good to see you aboard. It's nice and friendly here, so get comfortable, sit back and relax....
Cheers
