Sonny just ordered a set of green 8 rib for the VE ute without asking me.

I am glad he did because i had forgotten about them.

Not that mine are under any stress or anything but they have been fine and doing what they do.

Only problem was finding the right type of puller to change the power steering pump. I could not find one so we made do with one close enough but suffered a bit of surface damage and a allot of belting.

Voodoo what type of puller do you need and where can I get one.

Holden sell one specifically for the PS pump or you can get one through snap-on that both removes and re-installs the pulley. If you think the PS pulley is hard wait till you do the water pump. (i have billet ones of those too) In a pinch ill send you mine. I thought yours was already on listy?

It has been of for 6 months but when I had a power steering issue it had to come off.

Do you have any photos of the water pump pulley? How do you get the pulley off the water pump?

Do you have a price for just the power steering pulley, upper tensioner and water pump pulley? I am interested in just getting them raw, not anodised so I can polish them up.

I dont make a water pump pulley as its too hard to remove the stock one (killed 3 pumps trying)

I have the raw pulley kits in stock (4 pulley's, bearings, clips etc) and the Powerbond crank pulley too.

Shame about the water pump pulley! How much is it for just the tensioner and p/s pullies? And are you open to different designs?

I get them this cheap because i get 10 sets made at a time. One off's can be done but wont be cheap (at least double the price)
