Anyone know where i can pick up some RBF600 or AP600 brake fluid in Sydney? I tried the local Repco today and all they had was two or three brands (real basic stuff like you buy at woolies, i couldnt believe they didnt have ANY good stuff - they even had some weird no-name crap).

Ideas?

Thats a shame, as Motul's two main distributors are Autobarn and Repco.

Would a DOT 610 be applicable?

That stuff is available from Fivedock

Though you really should be able to locate what you are after in Sydney - surely!

thanks guys.

hmm, i asked the guy at repco mascot today and he flat out said "no we don't sell motul" so that's odd. I might call them again tomorrow.

Duncan we deal with the Motul rep on a first-name basis, let Matt or I know and we can chase what you need direct.

Would Castrol SRF be a better product to use under high performance conditions and circuit work for your brake fluid. I thought this is what all the V8 supercars run.

I've used motul rbf600, ap600 and now ap660. I didnt notice much difference between the two 600's. AP660 is distinctly better. Much better pedal feel, worth the extra money.
