Hey guys,
I accidently stumbled accross this site by doing research, and i already see some familiar guys, Zabi, BYP, Kyle and a few others.
Im looking to join supersprints next year, all depending on funds, work commitments etc. I drive, as ZABI calls it "A Donkey", commonly known as a boat, or Japanese Monaro hehehe..Supra. I know its probbaly not the best car for track, or fast times, but ive always loved them (have had 3 now), its different on track (never see supra on track) and most importantly, reliable!
I had problems of oversteer last wakefield day, so I want to see how I can correct it..
Thanks!
I think you were in the Circuit Club day at WP a few days ago. I was in the white Radical. If that was you, your car did seem pretty taily when I was behind you. Still putting down some fast times though.

Welcome to trackchat Gorilla! What mods have you done to the Supra?
Thanks! Saw you at a practice day last month, day before your superprints at wakefield..Too fast haha..
My mods are:
Engine:
GT35r
Power FC
800cc Injectors
Walbro Pump
3.5" exhaust
HKS EVC6
Driveline is stock, so stock clutch doesnt like anything more than 10psi...so im actually making about 20kw less than what i had with the stock turbos. 260rwkw atm..
Suspension:
Cusco Zero2e Coilovers 18kgF and 11kgR
Cusco Front & Rear Strut tower braces
Wheels/Tyres
Road 19 x 9 & 11 +25 Rays RE30 with Dunlop DZ101
Track 17 x 8 & 9 +35 Advan RGII with Dunlop 02G rear (M1 compound) and RE55s front..no idea what compound..
Does anyone know what M1 is? As it has only lasted 3 track days!!
Brakes:
Stock calipers and lines
Hawk H10 front pads
Akebono Rear pads (Came with the car in japan...no idea if they are any good lol)
RBF600 Fluid
Interior:
TRD Steering wheel
TRD Dash
Recaro SPG driver seat (I just fit haha)
Recaro SR2 Passenger
Exterior
Trust Polyurethene front Lip
TRD rear wing
First time ever at EC a couple of months ago, I did a best of 1:55, but that was with Tein super street that came with the car...so soooft...I just have to get out of my head that the walls are closer...then i can push a bit harder...
Best official time at wakefield is 1:07.9 which was last week. The first time at wakefield last month was a 1:07.7 with the Aim timer..
My wheel slignment settings is setup to run these big street wheels...like 4deg neg camber at the rearl lol...might be a contribution to the oversteer. Next time I head out, I have to get a proper track alignment wth the 17" wheels...should make a difference..
Ill also hopefully have upgraded the clutch and tuned it for a bit more boost.
Aeron! Its Shane from Gunna! Im sure you seen my car?
