View Full Version : "Tracks from Space No1 EC"
This is first in a series of threads on the different Circuits that Australia has.
It will contain Satellite photos from the great site "Google maps" and "Google earth"
The first will have a road/street map overlay to help you to identify what roads are what around the area.
The second photo will be a closer view of the circuit and withe no map overlay.
I will be putting basic track info in. Feel free to post in anything you want about the track, anything at all.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
Very calm and collected as you take that thing around with its arse hanging out half the time. Love your work. :)

Nice one... must be nice to have some torque!!! Yes, I'm jealous!
Thanks fellas,
the tyres I had on were Duncs RE55's, they are a absolutley great tyre, love em. They were the only reason that I was able to do the time I did. I reckon if it was in the dry I could have done a 1.58.
Thanks again Dunc

I reckon you would smash 1:58s in the dry. :whip: I did 2:00 in my old (62rwkw) MR2, and 1:54s in the Corona on my first time in that car.

Hey man, cheers, the speed alert is good to let me know (remind me) what speed I am doing into a corner.
The limiter, hmmmm:whip: That thing shits me, I need to get sonny to tweak the shift point in the auto, its holding me back by a second or so.

You think? Hmm I hope to find out next year sometime. A 2.00 in a 62 RWK MR2, are you forgetting a 1 in there?? WOW thats a great time.

Absolutely - EC is such a power circuit - and you look like you can steer really well so I'd back you for about a 56.
That was in my old 1600 87 MR2. Was pretty slow on the straights, but mid corner was as quick as anything there. I would/should have done a sub 2.00 - except for an Elise that held me up over the last 3 corners on my best ever lap there! Dammit!! :headbang:
