I have confirmation that the next batch of stickers has been shipped, I will hopefully receive them today but it may be tomorrow. I have envelopes sitting on my desk for all those that have PM'd me requesting a sticker, this is the list;

The current sticker on your rear window is most likely the reason why it took you nearly all day to get the 12, whilst this one will get you there 1st up ! :)

The trackchat stickers don't glow in the dark like your current one BUT as an added bonus they also don't contain the mungrel industrial BOMI strength military approved adhesive on them either. Be prepared if you remove the V--------- sticker (WHICH OF COURSE YOU WILL !!) that it takes some getting off. :werd:

Nick and I were do the maths (Nick mainly) on the different combos that you can get with one sticker when we were at the skid pan day.

It's been a while so I could be wrong .. but I figure;

It is possible to split the sticker into 6 parts ... outer circle / 2 inside swooshes / TrackChat / chequered flag / .com.au. The number of possible combinations for 6 different pieces is 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 720 combinations.

This a a tad ridiculous though as I doubt anyone would remove the TrackChat wording ... would look kinda stupid just having a circle on the window !!! So ... we assume the TrackChat wording is a constant, that means we have 5 interchangable pieces for a total of 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 combinations = 120.

If you go one step further and assume TrackChat & .com.au always remain it brings you back to 24 possible combinations.

This has been TrackChat Maths 101 ... hope you took notes as this will be in the test !!!

Got my two in the mail today, Dave's putting his on his next car (VE SV6) that he should be getting in Jan, and me, well, I think I'll put it on my laptop or something of the likes until I get my car in 12 months.

For those of you who asked me for stickers (gave me your address) i didnt send them yet because the batch i have, well it's gone off. When i peel the sticker off, some of it separates from the backing sheet.

So we are getting some new ones made up now.

Ahhh shit ... sorry mate, those ones were bought about 2 years ago I think.

Everyone else, with Dunc's help I have been in touch with the sticker guy today. I have placed a new order for exactly as Wombie has above but with the outer circle removed. Most of us were cutting that outer circle off anyway so at some point we made up an order with it removed ... still has the TrackChat.com.au centre then it just has the two swoosh's on the outside. Like this ...

Should only be a few hundred $$??? if you can organise them though??? Up to say 500-800mm wide??? Should make for some good rear window stickers on the street?

The car is a 2002 WS6 Trans Am (weekend driver only) Built in the first week of production of 2002 model year (Aug 2001).

The engine is really squeezed in there, 1/2 is under the windscreen. In order to remove it must come out the bottom of the car. The nice part is it really distributes the weight very well.

The car had to under go major surgery last year. It was nearly my coffin on Oct 8, 2008 Hit a cow Elk @ 100kph while traveling at night in the mountains.
Was on my way to a mate's place to do some fishing, and caught an Elk the hard way. It was a first major accident for me, not too bad for 29 years of experience behind the wheel.

It took 3 months an a bucket of money from the insurance company to fix her up. The car has been restored to perfection.

Sorry guys ... didn't see this.

I'm sure I have a few at home, I think they might me a little temperamental when putting them on as they are a few years old now ... they stick to the backing a bit I think. Still work (I put one on the Grange a few weeks ago) just takes a bit of patience.

And just as an FYI Dunc, you would have to be one of the most unaware drivers on teh road, in the last 2 weeks i have seen you or someone who has stolen your car a few times, numerous horn, headlight and spaz arms out the window and you still cant see me, and trust me, its hard to miss me!!!!

sorry about that. every time i go out in that thing you get so much attention eventually you just learn to "turn off" and ignore everyone. i've gotten in trouble (from a few others too) for ignoring them too, not intentional! :)
