Just picked up my VY SS after the above mentioned work
Pulled 221rwkw and 571nm's.I'm very happy with the result.Feels great.
I didnt have a dyno run due to no door on the cell, but i assume
around 180/190rwkw would be around the mark.
When i think about it.I must be one of the first cars to take
Sonny's dyno for a run!!
It feels like a mid 13 car now.definitely sub 14
I really need to decide my next mod:headbang:

Still a top result.Very happy!...I've picked up 30/40 rwkw minimum
Once again i'm toying with the idea of a powerdyne.
Someone has got to get one of these things cranking.

My SS pre mods was 191 RWKW from memory, so yes a good result there mate.

We overlayed your before cam dyno run 197rwkw 442nm was your result.
It was the closest thing to base myself on.Hope you dont mind.

Funny thing is my old VT SS had 257rwkw at the wheels but 70nm's
less than your current set up.

218/224 crow cam,springs,pushrods,ported heads.standard exhaust 195rwkw(true story)constant stalling.
Exhaust fitted,Retune 219rwkw all was not lost and it idled.
Orssom otr and sonny tune 257rwkw even happier.
End result big lesson in the mod path.I learnt a lot.

I'd say you also learnt that there are tuners and there are people who have trouble telling the difference beteen No 2's and clay!!!!

I dont know the exact numbers of my cam but I know its small, you can tell at idle and fuel econ.

21?/21? and that about it as its a custom grind of Sonnys. I fully know why he doesnt adverise the numbers as this is one nice lil cam.

And very few people would be aware how many different cams have been put through Sonny's car, Sonny's customers cars, CHE cars, CHE customers cars, all in the pursuit of being able to listen to what a customer "thinks' they want, then being able to order a custom grind to suit what they "really" want... (which may be quite different to what they think they want....)

Many people who want to order an 'angry' cam have no idea what options are available.... and how angry some of the options that are available are. An ability to suss out a customers real requirements rather than their own percieved requirements is just anothrr 'art'm that has a significant
