Howdy all,

Well I'm on the mod warpath again - well it never really started but hey!

So I've thought about it would like to get some sway bars and some new brakes for my car.

I've found a rear sway bar from a SE mazda mx5 turbo that I'm keen to buy. Can anyone tell me what kind of difference it'll make? What are there purpose? Will the fact that I have a front strut brace affect it?

Also I've found this dirt cheap brake joint in the states - looks ok. Does free shipping within America so when im over there I can get them sent to my summer camp and get then shipped home.

Should I go for slotted or slotted/cross drilled? Whats the difference between the two?

Thanks in advanced!

Final mod will be some shock absorbers - KYB look like the deal but that'll have to wait till next year.

With the brakes, i would go slotted only, i have heard of some cross drilled brakes cracking slightly around the holes.

Not sure if you know of MX5 Mania in Hornsby but they have all the parts you need.
I would be going for a whiteline adjustalbe sway bar kit if you ever want to think about bring the car to the track.
