Tell me about the weird ip activity? lol

I learnt that I have a reporting system on my domain server with dreamhost, and i can see where the hotlinks are to my site, thats why I joined up at ls1.com.au :D

Oh, with dreamhost, there's a sopt in the control menu where you can view all your sites statistics, hits per hour/day/week/month, bandwidth control, TC's server would have this setup also i think, pretty sure all host services have it..

Want me to take a screen dump of what i am talking about? :)

I went to bed at 11:30 Sunday night, Monday night and last night and woke up at 3:45 Monday morning, Tuesday morning and this morning ... I then spent 13 and a half hours at work each day, came home and packed some boxes, moved some boxes and watched some TV.

Tomorrow I get to pack some boxes, move some boxes, mow the lawn, paint several walls, clean the garden up, wash the front fence and maybe try and wash my car. I might even try and sneak a drive in the Coupe in as it hasn't been started for 3 weeks.

Well ... I'm rooted, time for sleep ... see ya spammers :waving:

Bomi, your server has a simmilar system, login to your control panel (eg glow.phpwebhosting.com for me), click on Stats, then Analogue Stats. Prob not as detailed as what Kyle mentioned, but a start.

Well, you're really asking two questions there. The first one takes me back to 1934. Admiral Byrd had just reached the pole, only hours ahead of the Three Stooges ... and I guess he won the argument, but I walked away with the turnips. The following morning, I resigned my commission in the Coast Guard. The next thing I heard, there was civil war in Spain ... and, that's everything that happened in my life right up to the time I joined this forum.

But anyway, alright, ya got me. The story of the Forrest family began in the Old Country. I forget which one exactly. My dad would drone on and on about Australia. He thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread (sliced bread having been invented the previous winter). Which reminds me, I am disgusted with the way car fanatics are depicted on the internet. We are not all vibrant, fun loving sex maniacs. Many of us are bitter, resentful individuals who remember the good old days when cars were bland and inoffensive. The following is a list of words I never want to see on trackchat again. Number one: hoon. Number two: donut. Number three: v8owner

Oh yeah, back to my day; I got separated from my platoon after we parachuted into Rosebay for lunch, so I rode out the rest of lunchtime posing as a German cabaret singer. Won't you come home Frantbrelda, won't you come home..

And with that, a mighty cheer went up for the heroes of Lunchtime. They had brought the sacred tree back to its native soil, and though Flanders was stuck with the impound fee, he could easily afford it!

Howeber I digress [that's only nothing] Dogs wag their tails for hours after they die. I'm tired of this conversation. Let's talk about something else. I'm going home... I am sick of this spam. Alright I'm going. It's cold and my head hurts...

Ahhh what's the point ... moderating this forum is just one crushing defeat after another until you just wish Flanders was dead. STUPID FORUM ... BE MORE FUNNY !!!

A workmate's mazda forums have a "daily" thread. Everyone that wants to ramble does it in the one thread, which gets cleared at 11:59pm every night.

Its a good concept

Just get used to it I suppose ... I probably average 5 hours a night during the week and maybe 7 - 8 hours on the weekend.

My view is why would I want to sleep my life away, I get an extra 21 hours a week awake over someone who sleeps 8 hours a night, you get a hell of a lot done in that extra day every week ... :yep:

Very very true, and if you get used to the hours, i guess you dont get so tired in the daytime :)

Troy...

Here's 2 screen caps of what the domain reporting can tell you... there's about 20 1600x1200 screen caps worth of info on the page too :)

You guys and all this spam ... honestly. :up2sum:

Next time when you're bored just listen to that little voice inside your head and say: "Shut up, brain, or I'll stab you with a Q-Tip!"

And besides... you lot couldn't fool your mother on the foolingest day of your life if you had an electrified fooling machine.

Sorry, I have to go now, I can't hear you very well... I'm wearing a towel. Now where are my pants?

Just get used to it I suppose ... I probably average 5 hours a night during the week and maybe 7 - 8 hours on the weekend.

Likewise during the week (5 hours on average)...though I make up for it with 12 hour sleep-ins on weekends. :)

Interestingly, I used to do the 5hr sleep thing and get REALLY tired at my old job, sitting at my desk, nodding off etc.... At my current job, even with the same amount of sleep, I never feel tired at all. Guess I'm kept busy enough that I don't have time to get tired. :) (Don't worry Seedy - it was usually on days when you weren't around, and I had to listen to how great Pulsars were all day  :p).

I can usually survive on 5 hours (or even 4) if I get a decent sleep-in on the weekend...though there was one time when I went out drinking on my last night in Europe, slept for 10 minutes (literally...bed at 3:20am, up at 3:30am), hopped on a plane home (25 hours of flights all up) with little sleep, went straight from the airport to a concert, then out to a bar to catch up with friends and have a few more drinks....was fun but geez I was wrecked after that. Took me a good 24 hours to recover.

Spam on fellas. :)

Cheers,
- Febs.

Interesting thread.

Just got back from Melbourne and was intrigued by this little cafe. It sits under the pylon of a footbridge across the Yarra at Southbank.

Creative use of space and seemed quite popular. Don't know about you blokes, but the wierd and different always grabs my attention, rather than the usual tourist stops.

Anyway, here is a phone pic of the place:

I agree good use of space. I presume there must be a sign upstairs otherwise people up top would never know its there. Be a good spot on a hot da, nice and shady. Not sure about about a wet, windy, winter day in Melbourne though.

Not sure about about a wet, windy, winter day in Melbourne though.

It'd be tough to make a living out of the 12 days per year when the weather in Melbourne is actually nice...... and why did they build it in a muddy creek. A nice river would have been a good setting.
