Coupe 4 makes a cover ...

The brand new General Motors magazine GXM has a bit of a write up on the Coupe 4 this month ... :yahoo:

A big thanks to Jason Gray for the interest and all the time he put into the article and off course a big thanks to Sonny and everyone else that did the work.

Mark Hockey (aka Dr Detail) prepared the car for the shoot. Mark washes all our cars at work on a regular basis (every 2 or 3 weeks) and he spent about 12 hours detailing the Coupe for the shoot. If anyone needs a detailer in Sydney I can highly recommend Mark, to top it off he is a motorsport nut and has spent alot of time behind the wheel on the track ... 0419 661 170.

Thanks guys ... it's a great article, really well written and exactly what I was hoping for. Even has a Marrano's ad in the middle of it ... :lol:

JB ... that particular detail was mates rates as he gets a free plug in the article and he does a lot of work for us ... however I think he is very reasonable with his prices. Give him a ring if you want, mention you know me and he will be happy to help you out ... he is actually down stairs washing the GTS as I type !!!

Oh yeah, I should explain that I'm not in my usual "office" this week but in smoky Melbourne.

My copy turned up in the mail today. :) Its great to have a subscription as you don't have to wait for release to the news agents.
It was a good write up, and also a good read.

Well done NickS, definitely deserved a cover for that car IMO. I met up with Jason Gray at the Summernats - lucky bugger had a fusion coloured Clubsport R8 for a press car - and he gave me a copy of issue 2 GXM. Top mag, was a good read, esp the article on Brocky.

Just picked up a copy and read the article over lunch. Its a really good read Nick. Jason has done a great job with puting it together.

One fault though.....

On the specs page it stated the "Donk" as 6lt cast iron. I'm sure its an LSohmyfarkingodthisisawesome. Although, hard to fit on the page :D
