Now that i have chucked my name down on the wsid day. I am in need of some rubber for the day. I have the pbr brake upgrade so i am limited in what i can chuck on. I was hoping that i would be able to borrow a set of 17th Nitto drag radial on rims for the day or even just a few runs.
I will re-imburse in  beer/booze for the loan. Any help with this is appreciated.
My alternative is to run on street tyres and let them down a bit. I would buy a set but i only go to wsid on there private days and I am lucky to get one in a year so buying a set really isn't worth the cost.

Please help me out for some rubber.

The big brake combo restricts things a bit JB, I am swappiong back to small rears for the day.
A suggestion if you get no luck might be to buy some Nankangs in 18's ($140ish ea). Very cheap and good for 1.9 60ft hey Scott?
Added bonus is keep'em for spares or keep on using them daily ...

Very true Dave. An even quicker 60ft time for Voodoo in the A4 barge on these things.
I'm running 245/40/18's all round.
JB, don't be a pussy. Stick with real street tyres and see what your car will run as you drive it :stick:
Cheers,
Scott
JB you can have mine for a few runs mate. ET's on steel chassers, they are 15's though.
PM me if you are interested. You should be able to do your rear brakes yourself, just have a look at my HOW TO in the Brakes area.

Thanks for the offer Troy. I don't have any stockies to put on. I rally don't want to have the grief of having to change brakes etc.
