Nice work Holden ... and thanks for not announcing in the winner in the title Matt, very sensible.
Without a doubt the best Holden that I have ever driven ... well deserved IMO.

I agree - great car to drive. Well done to Holden. Maybe at the first service they will slap a Car of the Year sticker on the window.

Yep, definitely well deserved. :bravo: Despite the fact that some are having slight niggles with the new model - it is by far the best thing Holden has done. And considering it cost over a billion dollars!!!!!! you would hope they got it right (mostly :D)

That would be better - my last sticker went with the last car.

Any why shouldn't it win. Its the best Aussie car ever built. If I had the $$$ i'd trade my XR6T in for a VE SS.

as ive just learnt it doesnt matter if its in the title or not because if you hover over the topic title in the main menu it brings up a summary of the first paragraph :whip:
no secrets here lol
Out of interest has any driven say an Omega back to back with a calais or SS? The Omega was "interesting"... boat like really!
Also I found the Calais almost identicle to the SS in terms of handling and throttle responsiveness, I couldnt pick the difference, except i think the calais has a better interior. They have definitely gone "sporty" with the premium versions now..
