View Full Version : Dyno Day Karting -> Eastern Creek March 17th <-
As mentioned in the Picton Karting thread, we've instead decided to head over the Eastern Creek after the dyno day runs (Eastern Creek being relatively closer to Castle Hill vs Picton!).
Anyway the idea is to arrive at Eastern Creek for say 3 or 4pm.
Can you please use the voting buttons above to indicate your preference on the karting session you prefer. We'll do whatever most people vote for.
Also, indicate your attendance in this thread, so we can book numbers.

I have voted for a 30 minute session ... mainly because I figure if we are going to do a grand prix type thing I would rather do it properly and not try and squeeze it in at the end of the day.
Having said that, if the majority want a mini grand prix then I am happy to go along with that.

I could be very tempted to do this, sounds like a lot of fun. I'm with Nick though, id rather make a day of it to do the Mini Grand Prix then squeeze it into an afternoon.
I voted for the 30 minute session for the same reason as Nick. We might as well go all out if we're going to do it properly. :)
I thought 30 minutes was perfect the last time we all went to EC. Ribs can't take much more abuse anyway.

30 minute practice session at EC sounds like a good warm up for the endurance race at Picton.

Will be at the WSID bracket meet helping a mate with a slingshot.

Is this still happening ??
I bought a kart a month ago and haven't even had a chance to use it yet (need to get a bigger seat, my fat arse won't fit in it !!) - this would be a perfect chance for me to have a bit of a warm up before jumping in the Rotax !! :driving:
Cheers,
Paul...
P.S - I voted for 30 minutes as well, i think most of us would be buggered by then !!
