One question

When is it?

Next question

Where is it?

I've got this urge to hit the road with a few V8's and missed the Bathurst run.

So, any idea when the next one is?? :stick:

Also peoples I'm planning one on June 16/17 for my 21st so keep that weekend free coz I'd love to see you all there :toetap:

Righto Matt, ya nagger .... :stick:

Proposal:

Combined Syd/Newcastle/Gong cruise to Wisemans ferry?

Everyone meets at the Gosford interchange on the F3 then we collectively head to wisemans ferry via the windy roads and jump the car ferry to Wisemans for lunch/photos/very much talking of shit.

Then Sydney people can jump the ferry and head back OR head back via Windsor.

Newcastle people jump the ferry and head back via Wollembi or alternatively the F3.

Thoughts?

Dates will be proposed once level of interest is obtained. This would most likely occur End March/Early April after the dyno day/Go Karts.

I'm surprised you didnt pick up on Kyles comment

What about T6'es?

Kyle (and all other uninformed people) I'm part of the 6 Cylinder Club, not the T6 club, not the SC6 club, the NA 6 club. We only have a few members but we do our club proud and on a quiet day with the windows down you can hear the V8 growl from the cars around you, especially when being overtaken.

Dave I'm up for it, sounds like a plan, and it sounds like a good Sunday cruise :werd:

Is that the putt-putt rd?

-ve Mr K this would be SANS putt putt ... BUT for those so inclined and Uber keen ... the putt putt could be an additional factory option which could be included with the floor matts and headlight protectors ... :D

just out of curiosity, completely off topic but while Ive got everyones attention.

For the mentioned June Birthday cruise raise your hands if your interested in doing a Saturday lunch/arvo, maybe even twilight cruise to somewhere, either North (Hunterish) or South (Coastalish),then hit a pub or club that night for some of the aloholic stuff and no doubt good fun, good company, good drinks, music and guaranteed lots of embarassing photos, and stay overnight somewhere close?

Just curious if there would be any interest because I'd really need to start thinking about it shortly so we know that theres accomodation for the night.

Ive read about a few smilar nights on other forums, they seem to be great fun, but obviously part of being a car group is drinking and driving dont mix.

Your thoughts on this too while Ive got your attention ...

Can we make it LATE April/early May? If so, I'm in.

Cheers,

This MoFo says yup.... I do this little run for lunch sometimes... more often by boat, but it's still a nice drive. Wollembi pub for lunch is a nice excursion rather than Wisemans venue, but Wisemans Pub is a good feed... Eric won't have a prob finding a 500 - 600 gm steak!!!

I'm in ... any time is fine with me as long as it's NOT Feb or early March ... or most of April ... :hmmm:

How is it that I am already possibly planning May ???

Y2K ... that all sounds like way too much hard work, most of us are old & married with kids remember.

Allan ... I think we need a new thread for that same cruise in the boat ... probably in the MoFo section !!!

Im up for it but the reason its never been chosen in the past is because of the high number of bike clubs that use it, as some of us have seen on other cruises bikes + cars dont go together too well on the road ... at the pub different story  but on the road ... :stick:
