Second circuit proposed for bathurst! Sorry perhaps old news, but i only found out the other day.

Hey Dunc, thats interesting. Its the first Ive heard of that track. Im not to sure about the new track, pretty small, 200m longer than wakefield. Man imagine the times they would be doing, sub 60 secs for certain.

It will be interesting to see what happens with this possible new track.

First I've heard of it too.

Looking at the layout, it will basically skirt the current carpark paddocks. I wonder what they will do as far as parking is concerned if it goes ahead?

If it eventually happens, it would be positive for us budding NSW racers. Not much further than Goulburn really. That track sure looks tough on the brakes.

I like the idea... heading to bathurst for a trackday...

It would be interesting to see how the do the last corner... remeber the issues with Eastern creek and the drag strip and the circuit....

I can already foresee how my ADO's will be spent. A few overnighters will be organised, I'm sure. Trackchat weekender, a la Wakefield.
