The Coupe is in the process of having a surge tank installed as a part of the fuel system upgrade. It will have two Bosch 044 fuel pumps running off it to ensure the engine doesn't run out of fuel under acceleration / cornering. Then the exhaust will be fitted and then it will be tuned. I may be optimistic here ... but I am hoping that the exhaust is fitted this week and it's ready for tuning.

When the photo software is up and running I plan to start a thread on the the car and it's mods, somewhat condensed from the other forum.

Completely agree Scott, when to Coupe rolls out of the Marrano's shop I think that day should be proclamied as a national public holiday.

A gathering should be had with much celebration and merriement. I intend to take a day off when Nick collects it and come down for the day. Hmmmm that probably explains why I have 5 RDO's saved up. :)

I am proud to announce that i will be the first to drive the coupe followed by nick :p ,nicks coupe is very close now and i could hear nicks eagerness everyday at work,dont blame him as we have had huge staff drama's,but it all seems sorted now as we have a newest memeber "chris mason"starting monday and another chap i pinched from holden ,so we have plenty of staff and things will go full steam ahead for the coupe,i am now in the process of biulding the fuel system,then its of to the exhaust place then to the dyno where me and nick will be tuning it tog...can you hold my coffee mug nick :p ...and no bombi ur not allowed !! you ask why ? u neeed a special license for the coupe :D

Re; the Coupe. Everyone else has been more concerned about the delays than I have, some things are worth waiting for. Can't wait for the tune, I'll be there camera in hand ( ... Sonny's coffee in the other hand :D ) to see the whole thing. It's getting close ...

Great idea Scott - launch the site to the public at large with the unveiling of the super coupe and celebrate with the forum's first cruise/BBQ/chin wag.

I spose we need some ideas now??

There is a certain track day coming up that would be a good day to officialy launch the site and present the coupe, but Nick is busy that day so I dont know about the coupe :( It would be great to do both at once :)


I think MM's Idea is good. A track day is a great place to launch "Track Chat":D
