Cars The Movie Out On Dvd!!!!!

hey guys.

just went out and got it on DVD and had to watch it again.

man i love this movie, although like most pixar films i dont really think the kids will get it. whocares, fast talking cars haha i love it!!!!

everyone said i was just a kid in a bigger body. haha

if you havent seen it yet i really recommend you go out and at least hire it to watch, really entertaining and alot of details most people would miss.

Been a huge fan of Pixar films since Toy Story...and this is one of their best IMO.

They've obviously sought the input from a couple of car fanatics while making the movie too. Quite a few times I burst out laughing while my girlfriend was sitting there with a confused look on her face.

Will definitely be adding this to my Pixar DVD collection. :)

Thats the great thing about having 2 boys ... :lol:

We have had a dodgy internet copy, which was actually really good, basically since the movie was released ( ... thanks Rev :up2sum: ). Along with Toy Story 1 + 2, Monsters Inc., Bugs Life etc. we have seen these movies so many times I know them backwards. My wife bought the real version yesterday and man was it worth it, the picture and sound quality is astounding. I don't know if it is better than DVDs normally are, but it sure looks it. (Maybe the others are just wearing out ???)

There's a cool little short film on the disc called "Mater's Ghostlight" (I think) ... very funny and well worth the watch. The boys loved it. Anyway, for those with kids or for the big kids at heart, well worth buying !!!

Yeh id love to see this movie, the stock car looks pretty neat.

Ive seen the game (havent played it yet, but will chuck it on the psp soon) at my work - EB games. And it looks pretty fun.

I'm bringing my laptop on sat for the TC Eastern Creek trackday so people can learn the track via v8supercar race driver (I remember troy at my place doing 50+ laps of the track, then releasing we had 4hrs to go till the day started! :headbang:)

It helped him evidently, so for all ur newbies who dont know the track, let me know and ill get it set up for you :eyes:

Hey Alex thats a good idea. It might sound funny to some but I did do 50 plus laps on the game and it really did help me to become more familar with the track far far quicker then if I just rocked up and drove.

Haha, yeh it did didnt it?! What time should i get out there? Im working at eb the night b4 and have a dinner/end of semester party to go 2 so hopefully i wont be too hung over :puke:
