has anyone used these? I like to be able to put some camber on for the track and then change it back for the drive home.

I believe Beej has used those
Ive got the K-mac kit kitted, it gives you an extra degree of negative camber.I got 3.5 negative camber and 10 degrees caster with out coilovers.

Since i know absolutely nothing about this product i may ask a silly question.
Do they have to be used with a adjustable shock, or will they go ok with a kyb standard shocker ?

I have been using the Kmac strut tops for years, I have always used the urethane ones, but next time round i will be looking at the alloy version as the car doesnt get used too much these days. The K-mac strut tops seem to have more adjustment than other brands, an are also easier in their method of adjustment.
The latest urethane set i got have an alloy degree plate on them which should allow you to make changes for the track then get it close enough to original to drive home again. If you did this i would still go get a wheel alignment pretty quick to double check evrything is still ok.
This is a pic of the newest ones i got:

I am not a fan of them. Bought them but I didnt end up fitting them. Ended up with the noltec adjustable and have worked fine for me.

Go with the Noltecs, as they are designed for competition use and good quality. I ran Noltecs for ages without any dramas but ended up getting a set custom made for even more camber...

I used K-Macs on my track car. I ended up bending one and then waited ages for K-Mac to make new ones. After 2 weeks I gave up and I decided to install standard tops and got the K-frame modified, giving me the same results as the expensive adjustable tops. But this was for a Commodore.

Guys, Noltec are no longer in business.
The Kmac style tops are basically the same however the quality of the urethane is questionable...we see a few come through with issues.
However i'm sure there are plenty that have not had problems.
If you are using it for a race car I suggest going a solid top mount, it will give you more direct feel.
And you will not have the risk of having a failure of the urethane bush in the top.
If you need prices on top mounts send me a Pm with your car details.
Cheers Matt.

Not a silly question...
These can be used with normal non adjustable shocks.
