Anyone thinking of going to wsid for Anzac day street meet? Racing from 2-10pm. Still only $45. I may go for a few runs.

When you arrive at WSID, seek out the ANDRA Official and you'll be able to get one 'on the spot'. From memory, a little over $100.

Fk yeah mate

Personally I find it offensive that business' open on such a day as ANZAC day, there is no other public holiday like it. It should be a day for remembering, drinking and saying "Thanks to vets" of all campaigns.

REMEMBER (http://www.defence.gov.au/news/armynews/editions/1113/letters.htm#letter01)

BUT if the powers that be allow bussiness' to open then go for it. Thats what 100's of thousands of Aussie men and woman fought and died for, our Aussie way of life.

Have a great day what ever you do peoples

Troy :)

^^^^^^^^^^

Troy theres a saying from the early 1900s im sure you 've heard of (Voltaire?)...something along the lines of "whilst i dont agree with what you say, ill fight till the end for your right to say it" ......not quite correct im sure but its along those lines.

Me....not really into the idea those far removed from the action have the ultimate say in how lives are lost for the "greater" good...but i have nothing but the utmost respect & admiration for all our defence personnel, past & present...lest we forget.

Back on topic...im keen to get out there, havent been to the track since the ls1 day :bravo:
