Thanks Ryan.

I've organised a few of these days before, glad to help if you need a hand with anything.Thx Duncs, i could be taking you up on that offer. So far WSID has been extremely helpfull (unlike what other people would say :toetap:). I think the most help will be needed on the actual day keeping everything rolling, etc.

BTW Do you know if they have any shade areas for everyone to sit out of the sun, being the end of Jan its possible it could get a little toasty :flame:

Other than getting them to throw in the box in the tower for everyone to sit in or bringing your own quickshade I don't think so.

Well that's what the 2 cases of sunburn I've had from the 2 times I've attended tell me anyway.

From another forum that (almost) had a private hire day....

Quote:

"Chillout room

In addition to the track-side spectator area, we have arranged an air-conditioned "chillout" room (corporate box by the track). The intention is to provide an area where people can get out of the sun for a while, and sit in comfort. Pertinent for families, but all welcome."

Thats it, JH was nice enough to extend that to us a couple of times. It worked out well for mothers/families etc. Not sure if they now offer it as an ongoing perk though. I dont know if they have shade sails yet.

No problems. We?re happy to allow access to our Corporate Suites (5 and 6) on the day. This is the third box along from the start line with the centre division opened to provide two rooms. All that we ask is that they be left in the same condition in which they are found ? clean and tidy. I?ll diarise to ensure the air conditioning and fridges are running from the start of the day.

It might also be beneficial to remind your participants of the marquee requirements detailed in the Private Track Hire Agreement document.

Josh,:yep::waving:

you can drop by my place and pinch one of the UNBBTS Intakes... I am at Cherrybrook, which can be on your way to WSID. Alt I can give it to Nick to give to you.

Also... I accidently ran with slicks on the rear only my last time at the strip. I now know why it is not recommended.

Picture hurtling down the strip and the car feeling like it is travelling with zero gravity and a strong wind? :eek:My heart nearly stopped when I was moving all over the track...

What size brakes have you got?

Hey mate,I assumed that was you but the wheel king thing thru me.Is the unbbts like the last time I borrowed it off you?Are you still at the same house.Mate thanks for the offer of the loan which I graciously accept. As far as brakes ive got 6pot front and 4pot rear......I think arond the 350mm and 320mm mark something like that.If its not a drama to get the intake to Nick thats prolly the go.\
Thanks a heap.

slightly further progressed with a fitting filter within the intake... but yes basically the same. BTW UNder Bonnet Behind The Scoops....
No I have moved since... closer to pennant hills rd

As far as brakes ive got 6pot front and 4pot rear......I think arond the 350mm and 320mm mark something like that. so getting front runners is a challenge
