GXM Magazine has changed it's name to Street Holdens ... apparently the magazine kept ending up in the wrong section because the news agents didn't know that GXM was a Holden magazine.

Anyway, the latest issue has a big write up on the January drag day, lots of mini features, detailing each cars mods and 1/4 mile times along with a pic or 2. Lots of TrackChat members got a photo / mention, you may want to grab a copy so I'll list the ones I know ... sorry if I miss any.

Will go check it out, the street commodores article should be out soon, it was due in the June edition which going by magazine dates, should be released in May!

You may not know Kyle but Jason had 2 heart attacks in February, he has had a few ops. on his heart and I imagine other people have been looking after most of the magazine stuff.

Don't take it personally is all I'm saying.

Not sure Dave ... mine was in the mail this morning, probably on the stands pretty soon if it isn't all ready.

Remember, it's STREET HOLDENS ... presented by GXM

I picked up a copy yesterday. Does this mean that i can advertise the Clubby for sale "as fetured in Street Holden Magazine" now??? (Well there is a photo!)

Finally got my copy given to me yesterday. IMO a much better mag than street commodores (and not just because we got a mention in it).

How good did the LS1 equipped Torana look? A credit to LX-346 on the LS1 forum. The LS1 looks like it was always meant to be there. :yep:

Intake pipe going the opposite way looked a littl strange but what a great machine ... :bravo:

The ECOTEC V6 FJ Humpy is a damn tidy BOK as well.

Just picked up a copy today - in small print on the front says ...by GMX or similar - almost looked straight past it!
Interesting that it takes until May to feature an event in Jan... shows how much must be involved in producing one of these mags!

I agree that it's better than SC - less white noise, more cars. The article on the January drag day was much more comprehensive than I thought there'd be space for. It was good fun seeing my car in the article - and even more so that my 7 y.o. grandson wanted his own copy ;)
