anyone going to wsid for the nitro champs. ill be there working all week end but ive got plenty of time to catch up. leaving home about 5am in the morning and should be there by 9am hopfully. if your down the come up to the big screen on the left side of the track you cant miss it:waving:

I'll be down for a little bit, my brother in law is going down from Forster and picking me up along the way, he won a ride in the Trick and Manswetto Capri (Lucky Prick :flip1: I mean that in the nicest possible way) and told he needs to be there by about 6-7am :shock: meaning I get picked up at 0430 of a SAt morning - how rude.

Big screen on the left eh, if I am not busily taking happy snaps, may have to wander over and say hi.:waving:

good on him jason and tristian are a top bunch of fellas. im pissed i didnt win a ride. tristian offered to take me for a ride in the silver xy at powercruise in march but because the office was closed i coulnt sign my life away and get an arm band the officals woulnt let me on the track. i got in for free though as i knew the security gaurd from the drags:bravo: . i wont be doing much in the early mornings so we should be right.

It was good to catch up Delft Calais. It was a mixed weekend for me. PB with 11.364 and 119.5mph on brand new MT radials. Then raced well in the eliminations 0.011 reaction and a 0.065 reaction. But my gearbox died in Rd 2 and that was the end of it. Did a 1.562 60 footer before it went rat tat tat on the limiter and then slipped through 2nd.

On friday i had a weird problem - the key barrel seized and left the car with steering lock jammed and no chance of racing. This happened in the staging lanes for Qual 1. It cost a heap to get fixed as well.

There was a few wild runs, like that rail that went across the line on 2 wheels at over 200mph after just missing the wall then nearly taking out the car in the other lane as well.:shock:
