I'd recommend either the Advan 050's in a medium compound or the Hankooks. When you say suspension sorted have you gone coil overs because if you can't get enough camber out i.e. greater than 3.5mm I wouldn't waste your money as you will just blow the shoulders off the semi's

Yeah coilovers get delivered on monday. Have done two days at wakefield and another 2 at EC previously, with only -1.5 camber. ruined my tyres obviously, but did a mid 52 at EC and a mid 9 at wakefield. Looking to step up to semis with a proper alignment and the ohlins when they come will help.

edit: Do the 50's suffer from the poor heat cycling that the 48's do?

Ah good stuff! Your times are about to drop significantly then In regards to the 50's I haven't had a huge amount of experience but I was running the 48's before them and the difference was huge! A much better tyre and I had no issues with heat cycling but mine were new. John would know a lot more about them as he has gone through a few sets I think

Yeah I have been around IPRA for a fair while now, my uncle has raced in it for 10+ years. I know he and alot of others were having issues with the tyres dropping off. So much that we could actually see the times drop from one meeting to another, ~1.5 secs slower on the M compound. The MH was always slower but was more consistent.
